Where do the prices come from?
Straight from the exchanges through their public APIs — nine exchanges today, among them Binance, OKX, Bybit and Kraken. Each coin has a primary exchange and a fallback, so a single outage does not stop the page.
Can I get a refund?
No. The plan is digital content that starts working the moment your payment is confirmed, so all sales are final. A payment sent in error, such as a double payment, is always put right.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay once for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months of Pro and nothing is taken again. When the period ends you move back to the free plan unless you pay again.
Do you ever place trades for me?
Never. We hold no funds, we ask for no exchange keys and we cannot place an order on your behalf.
