Refund & Cancellation

Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you move back to the free plan; paying again adds another period.

The plan is digital content that is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed on-chain: the limits are lifted and the full signal history is open straight away. We do not refund it.

This is shown to you before you pay — on the pricing page, right next to the consent box you tick before paying. By completing the payment you ask us to start delivering right away and you accept that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for that content.

An unused part of a period is not refunded.

Two things are always put right: a payment sent in error, such as a double payment or a wrong amount, and a payment for a plan you never received — send us the transaction hash. Write to contactmail.bsam@gmail.com and we will fix it. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us or by a bank, so these refunds are sent back to the sending wallet.

The plan pays for access to data and analysis, not for a result. Money lost or not made on a trade is not a payment error and is not refunded. See the Terms of Service for what the service is and is not.

If the consumer law of your country gives you a refund right that cannot be waived, that right applies and nothing on this page removes it. Write to contactmail.bsam@gmail.com with the email address on your account and tell us what happened.

If we change the price, the pricing page shows the new amount before you pay; a period you already paid for is never charged again.
