Cookies

We use as few cookies as we can. There is no cross-site tracking; we do use one analytics service and, while we are running ads, an advertising tag — both only if you allow them.
What we use
A sign-in cookie, set only if you sign in, so the site remembers you between pages.
A security cookie used during sign-in to make sure the request came from you.
Your chosen theme and your language preference — including whether you dismissed the offer to view the site in your own language — are kept in your own browser storage, not sent to us. The same storage holds a short countdown after you ask us to resend a verification email, so the button cannot be pressed in a loop. The same place remembers how you set up the screen: which signal table columns you kept, which chart indicators you switched on, and which page tours you have already seen.
Analytics cookies from Microsoft Clarity, which measures how pages are used: where visitors click and scroll, and a replay of the interactions in a visit. Text you type into fields is masked, and blocking these cookies changes nothing about how the site works.
Google’s advertising tag, loaded only while we are running ads and only after you allow measurement. It counts sign-ups that came from an ad and writes advertising cookies; the consent signals travel with it. When we are not advertising it is not loaded at all.
What we do not use
No cross-site profiles, no data selling, and no advertising cookies unless you allowed measurement while we are running ads. Everything that measures your visit is listed above.
Managing cookies
Analytics is off until you allow it. On the first visit a strip offers Allow / No thanks; until you choose, Microsoft Clarity is not loaded and no measurement cookie is written. Your answer stays on your device (sig:analytics) — you can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer, in one click, the same way you gave it. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Prices, charts, signals and the community are all readable without signing in; if you block the sign-in cookie you simply cannot keep a watchlist, set alerts or post.
